All Beautiful service

Although I felt the usual postage time to receive package was slower this time .
I love how All Beauty well package and secure order in strong box .
Also I very much enjoy the feedback and updates regarding my order .
Their website is easy to use and simple .

Only 2 out of 4 items

Only 2 out of 4 items arrived. I am still in the complaints procedure process. The reply service where you are expected to reply to when they acknowledge your initial complaint asks you to reply to a non-deliverable email address so you have to go through the process of returning to the website to find another address. Also when you make a complaint on from the website link - you cannot add photos of what arrived and how so you need to create a separate email anyway.

I am ordering regularly and often over…

I am ordering regularly and often over years. Always good, but in the past delivery by Royal Mail was much better than current one. It was faster and it was clear when it is going to be delivered. Now I am not happy with delivery...tracking system and time.

Disgusting experience with customer…

Disgusting experience with customer service, they have lost a loyal customer of 8 years. I recently received an order of Kerastase shampoo (Regular order) both bottles had no protective seal attached under the lid and seemed to have less product. This is the first time I have had cause to complain in all those years. I feel like I am in the wrong. The bottles clearly have been tampered with. Disgusting.

The product came intact delivered on time, can’t complain. I will definitely be buying more products from AllBeauty for sure. Out of curiosity, are Tiziana Terenzi Laudano Nero 100ml bottles smaller than your usual 100ml bottles?

I will not be ordering from you again…

I will not be ordering from you again as long as you use EVRI as your courier , they say they tried to deliver but no answer , but l was in all day . Now they want to charge me to deliver again .
It’s such a same as l love your online business .

Efficient service

I have had very good experiences before…

I have had very good experiences before but this time only one of my order was correct and having rung immediately and left a message and returned the wrong items on the next day first class post I rang 5 days later to be told it had not yet been processed onto their system . Since then I have heard nothing.

Found this site when searching for some perfume. Great value and customer service. From placing my order the items where delivered within a few days. They came well packed and arrived within the time frame specified. Would certainly recommend

As usual, speedy and efficient service. Had hoped to treat myself to this rather expensive Elemis product and found it here with 31% off - 25% was the best elsewhere. A great birthday present to myself!!

Is this the only place to buy All Beauty products or are there online stores that are cheaper?

I do not even know where to begin as I am still psychologically traumatized by my ongoing experience with Allbeauty and their customer service. You really get what you pay for. About a week ago, I made an expensive purchase on the aforementioned site as I was buying a gift for my spouse. Before checking out, one has to put a " billing address" and " shipping address" ( if both addresses are different) which I did before making purchase. They went ahead and sent my package to the billing address ( where I haven't lived in almost 3 years) despite having my delivery address on file different from the billing address. The shipment take 7 days by the way. I called them to bring to notice their error and the lady on the phone vehemently denied having any record of my delivery address on file and claimed that my billing address was the same as my delivery address. She was cold as cold can be. I went on to take and send screenshots of my addresses on my account with them which reflects the different billing and shipping address but I got a reply with a screenshot from them only reflecting my billing address but "purposely " not including shots of my delivery address and claiming they have only one address on file serving as both billing and shipping address which IS A BLATANT LIE. They have told me to find how to go get my package back from an address I haven't lived at for 3yrs. They seem or pretend to be unable to comprehend that a billing address matched to a card does not ALWAYS mean same as shipping address I asked for the package to be sent to the correct delivery address or to be given a refund both of which wasn't addressed. Up till this point of typing, they refused to acknowledge both addresses being on file even though I still see both on file. I have lost $169 of gift which seems not much to some but it is for me and I am distraught by their insensitivity and lack of accountability and inconsiderate approach. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I am wondering if there is a way to pursue legal service or if anyone has advise on how to pursue legal service because it is about principle, accountability and justice for me rather than just the money. I just do not want people to go through my experience and can see that a few review reflect similar experiences like mine. I will give an update if/when my situation changes.
